We are dealing with niche technologies like AI/ML, GenAI, Blockchain etc, and along with it all the plain vanilla technologies like, Java, .NET, React, Node, Flutter etc. We’re seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team.

# Job Summary:
We’re looking for a young, dynamic, and active Business Development Executive to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of cracking deals and driving revenue growth. If you’re a results-driven self-starter with a passion for sales and business development, we want to hear from you!

# Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing clients.
4. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

# Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and closing deals.
3. Strong understanding of the [industry/sector] and its key players.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
8. ⁠Should have a Valid Passport

# Nice to Have:
1. Experience working with Hubspot and other CRM software and sales analytics tools.
2. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
3. Good to have, Certification in sales or business development (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
